1. Order Processing Standards & Timeline
All orders placed on the Edvoren official store will trigger a full internal review workflow upon successful payment clearance, covering payment validation, inventory cross-check, product picking, quality inspection, secure packaging and carrier handover. Our core working hours for order fulfilment run Monday to Friday, excluding UK national public holidays, weekends and business shutdown periods triggered by unavoidable force majeure events.
For all orders fully paid before 14:00 GMT on standard working days, our warehouse team will prioritise sorting, inspection and packaging on the same working day. Any payment completed after this daily cut-off time will be scheduled for full processing starting from the next business day. Under normal in-stock circumstances, the standard processing window for all regular merchandise ranges from 1 to 3 consecutive working days.
If selected items are temporarily out of stock, subject to bulk pre-order demand, global supply chain delays or manufacturer restock hold-ups, our customer service team will issue a formal notification email to the buyer via service@edvoren.store within 2 working days. The notification will clearly state the stock shortage status, estimated replenishment timeline and three optional resolutions for customers to choose from: delay shipment until stock restores, split shipment of available goods first with backorder delivery later, or full unconditional order refund with zero deduction. We will never dispatch partial or substitute items without receiving written consent from the purchasing customer.
Customised, personalised engraved, custom-sized and made-to-order goods require extended manufacturing coordination. The processing lead time for all bespoke products is extended to 3–7 working days, with clear lead-time reminders displayed individually on each custom product listing for pre-purchase reference.

Transit durations below are calculated from the timestamp when the logistics carrier scans the parcel for outbound dispatch, rather than the date of order payment. All stated delivery windows are estimated benchmarks only and cannot be treated as legally guaranteed delivery deadlines.

3. Shipping Cost Calculation & Complimentary Free Shipping Threshold
All delivery fees are calculated dynamically during checkout by our store system based on three core variables: total packaged weight of all ordered products, recipient delivery postcode or destination country, and the selected shipping service tier. All displayed shipping charges fully cover standard protective packaging materials and base carrier transportation costs with no hidden surcharges added post-purchase.
UK Domestic Free Shipping Policy
All orders with a pre-tax merchandise subtotal equal to or exceeding £42 qualify for complimentary Standard Ground Shipping across UK mainland. This free delivery offer does not extend to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, expedited next-day or Saturday delivery upgrades. EU & International Shipping Cost Rules
Free standard shipping is not automatically applicable to all EU and global cross-border orders under our baseline trading terms. If customs authorities detain parcels, levy supplementary tax penalties or refuse import entry entirely as a result of local import law restrictions, product inspection non-compliance or insufficient buyer import documentation, all associated detention storage fees, return transportation charges and total product forfeiture losses will be borne exclusively by the purchaser. Edvoren will not provide any financial compensation for losses stemming from destination customs intervention.
5. Claims Process for Damaged, Lost or Short-Delivered Parcels
5.1 Damaged Goods Claim Procedure
Customers must fully inspect the outer packaging immediately upon courier delivery handover. If the parcel box displays obvious crushing, water soaking, tearing or structural damage, buyers retain the right to refuse signature acceptance and return the package directly to the courier driver.
For parcels already signed for delivery where internal products are discovered damaged after opening, customers must compile complete supporting evidence including unaltered photos of the full outer packaging, close-up imagery of all damaged merchandise and a clear screenshot of the shipping tracking label. A formal damage compensation request must be submitted via service@edvoren.store within 7 calendar days of the system’s marked delivery date. Our after-sales department will complete evidence verification within 3–5 working days of receiving full documentation and offer two resolution options: complimentary replacement reshipment of identical goods or a proportional / full monetary refund matching the damaged product value. Any damage claim submitted outside the 7-day valid application window will be rejected, as causality between transit handling and product damage cannot be reliably verified.
5.2 Lost-in-Transit Parcel Investigation & Remedies
If tracking information remains static with no updated movement logs for an abnormally extended period, customers may submit a formal lost parcel inquiry via our support email. Our team will initiate an official loss trace investigation with our contracted courier partners. Formal carrier loss confirmation typically requires a 15–30 working day waiting period, varying by each logistics provider’s internal claim protocol. Once official written loss certification is issued by the courier company, customers may select either a free duplicate reshipment of the full order or a complete full refund of all lost merchandise value at no extra cost. We cannot process premature refunds or replacement shipments prior to receiving official carrier loss validation.
5.3 Missing Item / Shortage Claims
Upon unpacking if customers discover ordered items are partially missing from the parcel, full unbroken unpacking video footage and official parcel weight certification from the courier must be provided within 5 working days of delivery confirmation. Our team will cross-reference original warehouse picking logs, quality control records and carrier loading manifests to confirm liability. After verification, we will either resupply the missing products free of delivery charge or issue a proportional refund corresponding to the value of absent goods.
6. Handling of Undeliverable, Misaddressed & Refused Parcels
Buyers bear full accountability for entering accurate recipient full name, complete street delivery address, valid active contact telephone number and correct postcode during checkout order submission.
Parcels returned to our UK warehouse due to buyer-side errors including inaccurate address input, unreachable recipient contact details, voluntary refusal of delivery without legitimate product quality grounds, or prolonged recipient absence leading to automatic courier return will incur deduction of the original outbound shipping cost plus full round-trip return logistics fees from any issued refund. Customers wishing to arrange a secondary re-delivery of returned goods must settle a brand-new full shipping fee to cover the second dispatch.
If parcels are returned as a direct result of internal warehouse picking errors or our own manual address entry mistakes, Edvoren accepts complete responsibility for all freight costs and arranges complimentary re-delivery immediately after confirming the internal error.
7. Force Majeure Delivery Delay Exemption Clause
Edvoren shall be released from all contractual breach liability and compensation obligations for delayed shipments, suspended dispatch, stock shortages and interrupted logistics services caused by unforeseeable and uncontrollable force majeure events outside our reasonable operational oversight. Applicable incidents include, without limitation: natural disasters such as wildfires, floods, hurricanes and earthquakes; national extreme weather emergency alerts; sudden cross-border customs policy overhauls; mass industrial strikes by international logistics carriers; public health lockdown restrictions; temporary airway and seaport closures; and all mandatory regulatory measures issued by national government authorities. In the event of large-scale widespread logistics disruption, we will post live delay updates on our official website homepage for all customers’ reference.
8. Policy Amendment & Supplementary Terms
Edvoren reserves the unilateral right to revise, supplement and adjust all clauses contained within this Shipping Policy at any time, in response to updated UK domestic transport regulations, evolving cross-border international logistics frameworks and internal business operational adjustments. All revised policy terms take immediate legal effect upon publication on our website’s dedicated policy page, with no separate individual notification required for existing or prospective customers.
